研究方向:
线粒体重塑与代谢疾病。主要是运用基因工程小鼠为模式动物,通过分子细胞生物学手段探索包括肥胖症、糖尿病与慢性肌肉病在内的代谢疾病发生的分子机制。主要的研究方向有:1)骨骼肌线粒体代谢重塑与疾病的发生;2)利用全基因组染色体状态谱动态分析及代谢组学分析的方法,研究运动代谢的分子基础;3)重要细胞器的交互对话在代谢稳态调节中的作用机制。目前承担了包括国家973计划、国自然面上项目在内的多项研究课题。
